Harvest:15-20/09

Vinification: Harvest early in the morning and transfer to the winery by refrigerated truck. The grapes stay in the refrigerator for 12h, and then cold maceration for 4 days at 0 ℃. Grapes pressure 1,4bar. Fermentation at  controlled temperature.

Tasting notes: Agiorgitiko confirms its multi-dynamic power, providing us some exceptional rose wines, rather than red. Aromas of strawberry, cherry and blueberry combined all together with aromas of citrus. Acidity thatrefreshes and cools you, round tanninswith pleasant and intense aftertaste.Delicate wine, able to accompany every meal on your table.
