Vinification
A short period of coexistence of must and marc, approximately 6-7 days, with mild and relatively few recycling at a temperature of 20-25 degrees Celsius
CHARACTERISTICS
Red with purple hues. Light and fruity wine with all the freshness of Agiorgitiko variety. Flavors of red fruits, like strawberries and cherries, aromas of violets and grape juice. The taste is balanced with a velvety feeling, with soft tannins and light acidity.
ENJOY IT WITH
Greek and mediterranean cuisine, meat or pasta with light red sauces.
