Vinification
Harvest very early in the morning and transport to the winery by refrigerated truck. Cold extraction on chardonnay for 8 hours at a temperature of 7℃. Controlled fermentation temperature 12-14℃ and battonage at the end of fermentation for at least 1 month

CHARACTERISTICS

Golden color with green highlights. Explosive nose with aromas of pineapple, banana, apricot and melon. Full mouth that follows the nose in intensity, the acidity of the Chardonnay is balanced by the softer and more pleasant mouth of Malagouzia. A fragile balance that creates a well-balanced and delicate wine. The lively acidity cools with elegance until the finish.

With foods that are consistent with the color shades such as fish, shellfish, chicken, turkey, pasta and with white or light-colored sauces as well as cheeses.

Serve at: 8 °C – 10 °C
