5 days of cold extraction, maceration for 17 days, with four recirculations per day. Aging 12 months in French oak barrels 30% new, 30% second-use and 30% third-use, 6 months of aging in the bottle at the winery

CHARACTERISTICS

Charming and seductive wine with a wealth of aromas and absolute typicality of the apellation. Impressive aromas of black cherries, sour cherries and pomegranate with hints of vanilla, milk chocolate and sweet spices. The mouth is full, dense with excellent structure, exuberant velvety tannins, balanced acidity and a delightful finish.

With juicy red meats accompanied by rich aromatic red sauces. Perfect combination with aged cheeses and cheddar.
