Vinification

Harvest very early in the morning and transport to the winery by refrigerated truck. Grapes stay in the refrigerator for 12 hours, destemming and cold extraction for 14 hours at a temperature of 0℃. Press pressure of the grapes up to 1.4bar. Fermentation at a controlled temperature. Stop of alcoholic fermentation at 9℃.

CHARACTERISTICS

Lively, playful and rosy wine with expressive aromas of juicy fruits. Strawberry, cherry, pomegranate, forest fruits and bubble gum. Rich mouth with mild effervescence, moderate sweetness and refreshing acidity. Intense finish with fruity sweetness.

ENJOY IT WITH

As an aperitif with light chocolate mousses, sweets with white milk chocolate, sweet yogurt with strawberries, green salad with pomegranate and honey dressing, fruits and fruit salads, creamy white cheeses and Roquefort.
