Harvest very early in the morning and transport to the winery by refrigerated truck. Grapes stay in the refrigerator for 12 hours, destemming and cryo-extraction for 4 days at a temperature of 0℃. Pressing and fermentation at controlled low temperatures

CHARACTERISTICS

Multidimensional and classic dark rosé color with violet highlights with aromas of red fruits such as strawberry, cherry and raspberry with caramel hints. The mouth is rich and full-bodied with a delicate presence of tannins and acidity that refreshes, giving finesse and elegance. The aftertaste is exuberant and long-lasting.
